PPWR Partner is not a dual system operator. As Authorised Representative for Extended Producer Responsibility, PPWR Partner concludes the system participation with our system partner in its own name (§ 5(3) VerpackDG). The customer pays the system fee according to our price list.
Net prices. For companies from Germany and companies without an EU VAT ID we charge 19% VAT; for companies from other EU countries with a valid VAT ID the reverse charge applies.
