Information on the processing of personal data on the website and for contact requests and orders.

Depending on use, we process in particular name, company name and address, e-mail address, phone number, tax and company identification numbers, LUCID and packaging details, booked services, order, contract and payment status data, messages from forms and technically necessary usage data.
We do not request any information that is not necessary for the respective purpose.
We process contact requests to carry out pre-contractual measures under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR or on the basis of our legitimate interest in communication under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
We process order and contract data to prepare, conclude and perform the contract under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
Payment data is processed for payment processing, to comply with legal obligations and for transaction security under Art. 6(1)(b), (c) or (f) GDPR.
Data may also be processed to comply with tax, commercial and accounting obligations and to assert or defend claims.
For online payments we use Stripe Payments Europe, Limited. Depending on the payment method, Stripe processes transaction, contact and payment information and may transfer necessary details to banks, card schemes or other payment providers.
PPWR Partner does not receive full card data when it is processed directly by Stripe. Further information can be found in Stripe's privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.
Data may be transferred to the extent necessary to hosting and IT service providers, Stripe, banks and payment providers, dual systems, the Central Agency Packaging Register (ZSVR), tax advisers, accountants, legal advisers and competent authorities.
In fulfilling its legal obligations as authorised representative, PPWR Partner transfers data to ZSVR and the dual system operator as an independent controller (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
If service providers are located outside the European Economic Area, data may be transferred to third countries. The safeguards provided for in Art. 44 et seq. GDPR are used.
We store data only as long as necessary for the respective purpose. After the end of the contract, statutory retention periods may apply, in particular under tax and commercial law. Data may be stored until claims become time-barred.
We keep accounting records and contracts for the period required by § 147 AO and § 257 HGB (up to 10 years).
Under the GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection and withdrawal of consent. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. Contact: info@ppwr-partner.com.
You can lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The authority generally responsible for PPWR Partner is the Bavarian Data Protection Authority (BayLDA), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, Germany. E-mail: poststelle@lda.bayern.de.
Providing personal data is generally voluntary. However, mandatory details may be necessary to process a request, conclude a contract, provide the service or make a payment.
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect against unauthorised access, loss, destruction or disclosure. Stripe uses its own security measures for payments.
We currently use only technically necessary technologies for secure ordering, payments, login to the admin area and storing your cookie choice. Statistics, marketing or tracking tools are currently not used.
Fonts are hosted locally on our server; no data is transferred to Google. Your cookie choice is stored locally in your browser and can be changed at any time via "Cookie settings" in the footer.
This privacy policy may be adapted if the legal situation, the website, services or data processing change. The current version is available on the PPWR Partner website.
